In Memory of Enzo, the Original Long Boy

Enzo was (and forever will be) my baby boy. My long boy. The inspiration behind Long Boy Studio.

When I first started this studio in early February 2025, it was meant to be a local marketing extension of Rare Bird Lab. A way to support businesses in my community with thoughtful strategy and creative execution. But Enzo made it more than that. He made it about something bigger.

Enzo unexpectedly passed away on the morning of February 8th, just days after surgery. He was home, in my arms, but his little body couldn’t make it through the healing process. Losing him in the midst of launching a company named after him was devastating. I almost abandoned the idea entirely.

But then I thought about who Enzo was. How he lived. How he loved.

Enzo was pure joy. The kind of dog who could make anyone smile. He didn’t know anything but love, light, and happiness. Everyone who met him adored him. He made the world better just by being in it. And I wanted to do the same in his honor.

That’s why Long Boy Studio isn’t just another marketing agency. It’s built with Enzo’s spirit in mind. We give back. We help our community. We support animal rescues, adoption agencies, and organizations that make life better for pets who deserve the kind of love Enzo had.

Enzo’s Fund is the heart of it all. It’s what allows us to take on pro bono projects, to donate, to do meaningful work that extends beyond marketing. It’s how we keep his joy alive.

Everything I do for Long Boy Studio is for him. Because Enzo made the world brighter, and that’s exactly what I want Long Boy Studio to do too.

Forever my long boy. Always loved, always missed.
